   Yes it does. There is the added exposure of someone falling into your pool and drowning or being injured, which could reult in a lawsuit against you. The liability coverages in your homeowners policy would provide you with coverage for attorneys expenses to defend you and a possible payout, up to the liability limit in your homeowners policy.
