A homeowner’s policy normally covers broken windows.  This coverage is removed when a residence is vacant or abandoned.  As long as the damage to the windows is one of the perils that the policy covers, a claim would be honored.  The claim would be subject to the deductible which may reduce recovery on a broken window quite a bit.

If your window is damaged or broken and it is caused by a covered peril in your policy, then yes, you will have coverage, of course subject to your deductible.  Keep in mind that you need to be residing in your home at the time that the damage occurred.  If your home is vacant, there would be no such coverage.
