    I hope so. I would hate to think the damage was intentional. What we would have to look at is what is the damage and is the damage a peril of the policy. Say for example you left your stove on and walked out of the house causing a grease fire burning your house down. This is obviously an accident assuming there was not intent to damage your home. In this case to your question this is accidental damage and is covered since fire is a peril of the policy.
