    No. Home Insurance is not intended to cover a toilet leak. Typically the cost to repair such a leak is minor and Insurers expect the insured to take care of that on their own. You can get a warranty policy to cover major systems in the home. Home owners insurance covers areas like vandalism, fire, storm damage etc and tends to focus more on the structure of the home than the minor repairs that result from normal wear and tear. Plus most home owner polices have a deductible that must be paid before claims are paid. If the repair is less than the deductible it makes more financial sense to just fix it.
