Do You Need Insurance On A Mobile Home?

   If you are not financing the mobile home or the local homeowners association or mobile home park don't require it , nope, you don't need it.  But if you don't want to pay out of pocket for damage or destruction to your home and your personal belongings, don't want to haved to pay for you own defense when someone sues you for accidental injury, then yes, you do need it.  So it becomes a question of what do you want.
