While the company has stated obligations, so do you. If you fail to live up to one of those obligations such as bringing a vicious dog onto your property, the company can cancel coverage. There are other reasons that a company can give. Surprisingly, people abandon their property. When the company discovers this situation they start proceedings to cancel the coverage.
