Can You Get Homeowners Insurance With A Trampoline?
- 16470 POINTSview profileDavid OsgoodAgent, Rural Mutual Insurance Co., Union Grove, WIThere are more than likely some companies out there that will write a homeowners policy with a trampoline on the property, but most will not. The liability issues with the trampolines have become very costly to many insurance companies. If you find a company that will accept the trampoline and not exclude it be prepared to pay a premium equal to the risk assumed by the carrier. Contact a local agent to find out if they have any carriers that they work with that accept trampolines as part of the homeowners policy.Answered on May 21, 2013flag this answer

Most insurance companies will not insure a home when they know that there is a trampoline present. Some insurance companies will accept a home with a trampoline. There are brokers who specialize in companies that handle special risk cases. You should consult the yellow pages and locate someone who can quote a policy with the trampoline.Answered on August 1, 2014flag this answer
