   That is the debate of partisan politics in a world that recruits "substantial economic experts" on each side of the argument. But at the end of the day, the math will be the telling factor. Most independent libertarian economists (which is about the only group not invested in the fight) lean towards higher premiums for most paying Americans and higher taxes to make up for the predicted short fall by tax payers.
