In most all cases it is usually a Wellness Program that pays for a gym membership, and even then it is usually a reimbursement payment. But, there are some instances where an employer defined contribution plan or self-insured plan will pay for a gym membership or has a membership built into the benefits package.Answered on December 26, 2013flag this answer
