    No.  However, with their increasing commitment to wellness programs for their membership an increasing number of health insurance carriers, especially the big national ones like AETNA, Humana, CIGNA and many of the Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans, have valued added benefits for their members that increasingly include discounts to health clubs/gyms.  They are also often offering other incentive based plans to encourage better diets and activities such as walking & jogging for which their members can earn points good for a variety of rewards.  You should check with your insurance carrier, your Human Resources person at work or your insurance broker for details on what programs your insurance carrier may be providing.
