   In 2014 health care is mandatory and is the law of the land for all Americans. The PPACA or Obamacare starts the enrollment process October 1, 2013. If you qualify, by means testing, to be have the where with all to purchase health care from an insurance company or through an exchange, you must buy coverage or pay a penalty. If you’re below the means test, you may receive coverage at no cost.
