    You should be able to get your inhaler at any pharmacy without health insurance.  The catch is you will pay the full cost of the medication you are needing.  Of course you will most likely need a script from your doctor as well.

    I would recommend shopping around before just going to your local store as different brand names have different cost associated to them.
