   Starting in 2014, health insurance carriers will be required to accept anyone regardless of their health history. Marathon runners will pay the same rate as obese smokers on 14 medications.
   
   The only question remaining is, will anyone be able to afford the premiums?
   
   In some cases premiums will be 4x current rates.
