When Does Health Insurance Become Mandatory?

    You will have to buy a health insurance plan by January 1st 2014 or pay taxes that are a part of the Affordable Care Act (aka: ObamaCare).

    In order for guaranteed issue Heath insurance to work, the must require everyone to buy it or else everyone who is healthy would just wait until they were sick to buy it.
