To my knowledge Oklahoma is not a State that recognizes Common Law Marriage or Domestic Partnership. At this time it is up to the individual employer if they want to include this coverage. As far as I know there is no mandate to force employers or insurance companies to provide coverage for either Common Law or Domestic Partnership at this time.
