    The cost of insurance is based on each person's age, zip code and the plan selected.  You have a choice of health plans with no deductible, $500, $2,000 and $5,000. The higher the deductible the lower the cost.
    You can buy a platinum, gold, silver or bronze plan through your state exchange or off the exchange.  The plans have the same prices no matter where you purchase them.
