    Aetna is of excellent financial strength and personally a carrier I've been placing clients in for years.  They are rated A+ on Standard & Poor's and A with A.M. Best.  That alone is a testament to their financial quality.  Aside from the ratings, I have approx 250 individual clients placed on Aetna plans with little to no issues or problems.  Excellent carrier that I highly recommend often.
