COBRA health insurance is simply an extension and continuation of your prior employers group health insurance plan.

The employer group health plan includes active employees and those on COBRA.

If your employer group health insurance plan changes, you will be afforded the same options.

Each covered participant family member has COBRA rights independent of the others.
