    As long as the sleep disorder is under a physicians care, considered medically necessary treatment and not excluded due a limitation or pre-existing condition clause, then most times YES!  It's vital to not only read your benefits, but also to contact your carrier prior to treatment to make sure your benefits cover the expense.
