    It is highly unlikely that a breast lift would be covered as such a procedure is generally considered cosmetic in nature.  For such a procedure to be approved medical necessity would have to be demonstrated.  There are some circumstances where back/neck/shoulder problems can be traced to very enlarged breasts and a case for medical necessity for breast reduction surgery has successfully been made.  But, if you are just losing the battle with time and gravity you should not expect a breast lift to be covered by your health insurance.

    Generally breast lift is not covered by health insurance unless it is medically necessary ie. back strain or medically necessary procedures it more than likely depend on how it is coded by your doctor however if it is a cosmetic purpose more than likely the answer is no. It will need to be approved first before the procedure is done by your health insurance provider.
