    After January 1, 2014 the answer to your question is "Yes".  Health insurance policies now must cover pre-existing conditions immediately and you cannot be declined for coverage due to a pre-existing health condition.  Under the preventive care requirements of the health care reform law, coverage for vaccination for HPV is a mandated benefit that is to be covered at no cost to the insured person.

    Yes! Under Obamacare or The Unaffordable Care Act, as I like to call it, any preexisting condition no matter how severe will be covered. If you are a new applicant and have not been covered by health insurance for the last 60 days you can only enroll during open enrollment which is November 1, 2016 to January 31, 2017.
