    As indicated in the last answer, the answer is yes. The Affordable Care Act (ACA) eliminated pre-existing conditions; that means, when you enroll during open enrollment (OEP), there is no underwriting, therefore, there is no physical involved.

    The ACA also removed caps on any illness; that means no matter how much your care costs, the insurance carrier cannot limit or drop you because of the cost of your care.

    These are just two of the great features of the ACA!
