Can I Add My Nanny To My Health Insurance?

   Assuming you have an individual health insurance plan, you cannot add your nanny. You can only include your spouse and children. However, you could purchase a separate policy for your nanny. That having been said, we are now outside of open enrollment, so your nanny may have to wait until Nov 15th, when open enrollment begins again.
