No. The only people who can be added to your health insurance is your spouse and your children (if you're a legal guardian of another child, then they can be added as well).
Your parents would have to be under their own coverage. For senior citizens, they have Medicare available to them if they're not on it already.
If they have original Medicare (both Medicare Part A & Medicare Part B), you may want to consider adding a Medicare supplement plan (a.k.a. Medigap plan) to cover the gaps in your original Medicare coverage. Original Medicare only covers about 80% of healthcare expenses - you can have all or a portion of the other 20% covered under a Medigap plan.
