   Most of the U.S.

   No, unfortunately, Disability Insurance is not covered under Cobra. Only Health Insurance is covered under Cobra.
   
   If changing jobs, you will need to get a new Disability Insurance policy through your new employer, or purchase one on your own. If you are between jobs and not yet earning an income, you are not able to qualify for Disability Insurance at this time.
