    That will really depend on the carrier. Each carrier sets their own equations for how they arrive at your auto insurance premium. Your carrier may or may not have a price break built into their auto insurance rates that would affect your rate at the next renewal after your 20th birthday. I would suggest contacting your local agent or the carrier of your auto insurance coverage to ask them about the availability of a rate change at 20 years old.
