In NY our insurance regulations require the Personal Auto Policy to provide at least the minimum coverages required by all of the Canadian Provinces. As insurance is regulated by state, a reading of any specific PAP is required to determine coverage. If you are purchasing over the Internet, obtain a specimen policy for examination.
