There are so many responsible carriers in Florida that write both personal and commercial insurance, that I do not believe that any should be singled-out, in my opinion.
You might be well-served by contacting several independent agencies in you area and ask them to get you quotes from National and Regional carriers that they represent for auto insurance. Then check out the companies via a few internet searches.
