Your insurance company will give you what you agree to take.  Generally speaking they will use a pricing service such as Kelley’s Blue Book or Edmunds to establish a price for a car with your mileage and general characteristics.  You can negotiate with the insurance company if you feel that the price is not accurate.  In those negotiations you cannot rely upon modifications that you have made to the vehicle.
