    Great question! I'm sorry that you have to ask. If you are the uninsured motorist, you may want to get a lawyer to help you with the impending trouble that you will certainly face. The other motorist will certainly want to have their car repaired, and at the minimum you will be obligated for that. If there were injuries, it will get bad really fast. If you were hit by the uninsured driver, your insurance company will pursue that payment for you. Either way, you will appreciate the value of having the insurance.
