Car insurance Group four probably refers to a classification of vehicles in the United Kingdom. For example, Class 1 would be the cheapest to insure, Class 2 would be the next cheapest etc...

Naturally a class 20 would tend to be very expensive vehicles to insure.

Here in the US, cars are rated under a different system by each insurer.

Here in the United States, it means nothing. This is a UK term. In the UK vehicles are classified into groups and are classified accordingly. Vehicles used to be divided into 20 groups. But since 2007, that has been expanded to 50. The smaller group numbers generally pay a lower premium than higher group numbers.
