The only way to determine what the policy covering the company vehicle provides is to examine the policy to find answers for your questions.  As far as your personal auto policy (PAP) responding to occurrences while you are operating, maintaining, or using the company vehicle, make sure your personal auto policy provides 'extended non-owned auto' coverage. Many PAP policies exclude coverage for 'non-owned vehicles available for your regular use'. This exclusion needs to be deleted or 'bought back' on every personal auto policy sold in the USA as far as I am concerned.
