    There is what is called "non-owned auto" coverage. This coverage typically provides liability, uninsured and under-insured motorist coverage to licensed drivers that do not own a vehicle. This coverage can be more costly than coverage for a person that owns a vehicle. Non-owned auto coverage typically does not provide collision or other than collision coverage.
