    No. Based on my education and experience within the insurance industry so far, there are no notifications that are provided to an insurance carrier about children being born into a household. There are many factors taken into consideration when you are applying for auto insurance coverage, but to the best of my knowledge a new born child in the household does not affect your auto insurance rates.
