Does Auto Insurance Cover Car Fires?

    A car fire would be covered under your Comprehensive or Other than Collision portion of your policy. If you only carry liability then your would not be covered. If someone in your car is injured as a result of the fire then the Medical pay portion of the policy would cover them up to the limits of your policy, usually between $1000 and $10,000 depending on your policy.
