Can Car Insurance Be Retroactive?
- 12689 POINTSview profileTed RatliffOwner, SFS Associates,Absolutely not! It is illegal and an agent could lose his license and contract with a company if he would backdate a car insurance policy. Otherwise, why pay for something you did not use?Answered on July 10, 2013flag this answer
