    Hawaii requires that employers with a quarterly payroll of $225 or more provide a minimum Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI) plan to persons who have worked at least 20 hours per week and for a time peirod of at least 14 weeks in Hawaii. The state of Hawaii itself does not administer a state Disability Insurance Plan.
