   Most of the U.S.

   Medicare will cover Euflexxa and other Hyaluronan injections for osteoarthritis of the knee, only. The injectable drugs covered are Euflexxa, Hyalgan, Synvisc, Supartz, Orthovisc, and Synvisc One. The osteoarthritis of the knee must be proven by x-ray and no more than one injection will be paid for in every 6 months.
