		<description><![CDATA[Depending upon what your employer sponsored plan it is, i.e. if it’s a qualified plan the answer is no. But make sure your maximizing the contribution if it’s a 401(k) and especially if your employer is matching your contribution in any way. If you’re married, take advantage of their ability to contribute as well. Even non-working spouses can contribute to their retirement.
