		<description><![CDATA[There are several levels of coverage available for a renter’s (tenant’s) policy.  Most tenant’s policies are written on the HO-4 form and full coverage is extended over all the personal property on your residential premises.  Theft is not an excluded peril and is therefore covered.  It is best to have photographic evidence of all property to assist in filing an accurate claim report. ]]></description>
