		<description><![CDATA[Simply, any person or family that is renting an apartment or house should have renters insurance.  The lease you have to sign as well may require you to have it showing proof upon taking possession of the rental.

Now the type of Renters insurance is solely up to you.  I always recommend getting replacement value versus current value of your possessions.  Contact your agent/broker to discuss the pricing and what exactly will be covered.]]></description>
