		<description><![CDATA[I just wrote a renter’s policy and the annual premium was $92/ year.&#160; While that is on the low side, it does illustrate that the cost of a renter’s policy is not significant.&#160; However the cost of not having a renter’s policy can be significant.&#160; A lawsuit can bankrupts you.&#160; A fire can destroy everything that you own.&#160; If you are forced to move out you might find that alternative housing is significantly more expensive. ]]></description>
