		<description><![CDATA[A renter&#039;s policy is the same as a homeowner&#039;s policy except that it does not cover the building itself.  You should have largely the same expectations from a renter&#039;s policy as you would a homeowner&#039;s policy.

So in the event of a covered claim you could be compensated for your physical loss of possessions as well as extra living expenses associated with having to move after the claim.
