		<description><![CDATA[The insurance is known as a tenant’s policy.  It has two major parts.  The first is coverage for your personal property.  Your landlord is not responsible for losses that occur on his premises to your personal property.  You need to have independent coverage for that (furniture, clothes etc.)  The second is liability.  You can be sued if someone entering your apartment is injured.  A lawsuit can bankrupt you. ]]></description>
