		<description><![CDATA[The forms used differ somewhat, however, the major difference is that a homeowners policy covers the residence and the renters (tenants) policy does not.  They both cover personal property and liability.  The homeowners form is required when you are the owner of the building.  You should have one or the other. ]]></description>
