I&#039;d advise you to shop around, and look for the one that is best for you. There are many different things that can influence the cost of the policy, from your age and number of people to be covered, to the zip code and age of the apartment complex, so it is wise to compare. One thing I&#039;d recommend - ask for replacement value, vs. actual cost.
