		<description><![CDATA[If you are unable to live in the unit that you rented because of damage caused by a named peril (i.e. fire) your renter’s policy should provide for “additional living” expenses.&#160; This would be the additional expense of temporarily living somewhere else while the unit is being repaired.&#160; If that is a hotel, then the hotel expense would be reimbursed to the extent that it exceeds your regular rent.  This would be negotiated with the claims adjuster.&#160;&#160;
