		<description><![CDATA[I am not clear on your question but if you mean you as the tenant invite quests over say for dinner and they are injured you could be held liable and the renters policy would defend you. Also the guest may have some medical coverage under the guest medical portion of the policy. However if a guest is visiting and say for example their items are stolen then there is no coverage for the guest. The guest is responsible to have their own insurance for this.]]></description>
