		<description><![CDATA[No, unfortunately, Medicare will not pay for foot orthotics. The only similar item that Medicare will pay for is soft sole inserts for the shoes of persons with diabetes under the Medicare Therapeutic Shoe Bill. These inserts are not the same thing as orthotics. Also, Medicare will pay for an orthotic if it is part of a shoe that is attached to a leg brace and the whole thing is covered by Medicare.]]></description>
