Insurance companies have begun to focus on the health and wellness of their customers, and reward their clients for their good behaviors.  Having a healthy population brings down the cost for everyone.  Silver Sneakers, payment for getting a physical are now part of many Medicare Advantage programs nationwide.  This is a good trend for cost containment, and a benefit to your premiums.
